Exercise is apparently a stress-buster, so I try to fit in an hour each day. Because of my weird schedule, I never know when that hour is going to be, so I mostly work out at home. This means no one can hold me accountable. It’s only me and my motivation!
I made a chart showing what I do during a workout, and you can check it out below and try it if you’re up to the challenge. Please don’t feel discouraged if you can’t do all of this yet. Practice a little each day, and you will see a difference. This isn’t just a workout, it really is a lifestyle, and it’s taken me YEARS to get into this stride. Seriously, I KNOW you can do it!!
